Our community is located in the North Central part of the City of Red Deer.

Two towers with Five floors on Southview Tower & six floors on Northview Tower.  Our living and gathering spaces offer views of the beautiful Red Deer River valley and downtown. Within a few blocks, residents have immediate access to shopping, dining, and the many activities of the G.H. Dawe Community Centre with its aquatic center, library, and ice rinks.
